Conditions of participation and registration
Please fill in Registration Form and return it by e-mail. Please also send the Form with your signature by fax or mail.
Conference fee should be paid to the account indicated in Registration Form.
- Conference registration form (payment in USD).
- Conference registration form (payment in EUR).
- Conference registration form for PHD Students (payment in EUR).
The registration fee includes attendance, written documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, networking reception for one delegate.
Delegate fee: 350 EUR or 460 USD.
Early bird discount: 50 EUR or 60 USD (before 1 August 2012).
