National project “Energy of Nature”
State Agency for investment and national projects of Ukraine in the framework of the National project “Energy of Nature” starts preparing for the implementation of the pilot project Construction of CHP on biomass in the Kiev region with a capacity of 2 MWe and 10 MWtt.
The basic idea of the project is to replace the consumption of natural gas in the district heating systems, and to improve the quality of services of heat supply, to develop internal market for biofuels, and to promote increased use of renewable energy sources in Ukraine.
One of key goals of the project is to attract investments in the field of bioenergy projects in Ukraine.
