On establishment of scientific advisory council to assess the reforms in the field of energy efficiency, energy conservation, renewable energy and alternative fuels (NES).

Director of the SEC "Biomass" Georgiy Geletukha has joined the NES, which was established by the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation of Ukraine, on behalf of First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Andriy KLYUYEV (order from 03.03.2011, the № 6042/15/1-11).
