Utilization of LFG:

Substitution of natural gas in boilers DKVR10/13 for district heating systems.

Main parameters of LFG collection system.

Type of collection system: implementation of horizontal LFG collection system on operating MSW landfill

Number of wells: 56 vertical wells, 2 km. of horizontal collectors, 1 km. of main pipelines.

Estimated LFG flow rate: 300-500 m³/h

Execution period: 2010-2011

Current status: the project approved; consrtuction is scheduled for the second half of 2011.
