Americans are proud of their accomplishments, love to share experience and are always ready to engage in the ranks of American democracy new strength. To do this, there is funding for various international exchange programs - a show for others to see. One such program is the "Open World" at the Library of Congress, under which each year are funded trips delegation of Ukrainian experts. In June, author of the article happened to be in Berkeley, San Francisco Bay, California as a representative of the NGO working in the field of energy saving and environmental protection.
