“Biomass Action Plan for Ukraine” was drafted within the Dutch-Ukrainian Government to Government Project on Biomass and Biofuels (G2G07UA85) funded by The Agency for International Business and Cooperation (EVD) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Netherlands and is implemented by the Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine and The SenterNovem Netherlands Agency for Sustainability and Innovation, an Agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Netherlands.

German energy agency (DENA) in cooperation with SEC Biomass under support of German Government and Ministry of environmental protection of Ukraine issued “Handbook on Joint Implementation projects development in Ukraine”. Booklet "Wood for Energy Production. Technology - Environment - Economy" was translated into Russian language by SEC Biomass in 1999 according to order of Danish Energy Agency.

Booklet "Energy Saving and CO2 Emission Reduction in Wood Processing Industry of Ukraine" (PDF: 908,5 К) is prepared within an implementation of the technical aid project PSO98/UK/4/2/ of the Netherlands government.

Booklet "Straw for Energy Production. Technology - Environment - Economy" (PDF: 2 М ) was translated into Russian language by SEC Biomass in 2000 according to order of Danish Energy Agency. Russian publishing was never completed.
